
During your pregnancy you’re bound to experience many changes, but there are ways of avoiding some of the discomfort. Make sure you drink plenty of water, take prenatal vitamins and get healthy doses of light exercise. Eating frequent, small meals is best, especially when your baby begins to crowd your stomach. Remember, taking care of your baby means taking care of yourself, too!
