Breastfeeding Expert
Dr. Rosenthal is Director of the Program for Bioethics and Patients' Rights at the University of Kentucky, and specializes in women's health issues. Author of more than 25 health books including The Breastfeeding Sourcebook and The Pregnancy Sourcebook, Rosenthal's goal is to educate women about breastfeeding and other postpartum issues, to make the transition from pregnancy to motherhood a positive one. "So much has changed for breastfeeding mothers," says Rosenthal. "I want to make sure women are aware of all the resources available to them, and that they understand some of the social constraints that can make breastfeeding seem more difficult in the workplace." Rosenthal will be hosting a new health show on VoiceAmerica Health and Wellness Radio Network in 2006.

General Pediatrician and Parenting Expert
Dr. Altmann is a board-certified pediatrician in private practice in Westlake Village, CA and clinical instructor at UCLA. In her role on the Safe Baby & Toddler Council, Altmann gives advice and recommendations to parents on keeping babies healthy and safe. "There is so much information in the marketplace on the best way to care for babies," says Altmann. "I want to help demystify much of it." A graduate of Claremont McKenna College, Altmann is on the editorial board of the American Academy of Pediatrics' best-selling parent book, Caring for Your Baby and Young Child: Birth to Age 5 and a columnist for Los Angeles Family Magazine. While not yet a parent, Dr. Altmann and her husband look forward to filling their Calabasas, CA home with children.

Penny Warner is a teacher of child development courses at southern California's Diablo Valley College. Author of more than 40 books for parents on baby and child development, including Smart Start for Baby and Preschool Play and Learn, Warner strives to give parents the information they need to make playtime a fun yet educational experience for babies. "There are so many great books and products available to teach parents how to help their babies reach important development milestones," says Warner. "I want to educate parents on the techniques and products that will help them along their way." Warner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Special Education. Warner lives in Danville, CA with her husband and two children.
