This checklist is not intended to replace your car seat instruction manual. You must read the instruction manuals for your car seat and your vehicle before using the car seat.
Booster Installation Checklist
Child Requirements
Weight: 40 – 100 lbs
Maximum Height: 57 inches tall or less AND the top of the child’s ears are at
or below the child restraint headrest.
Age: At least 3 years old.

Booster cushion used for children who weigh 40 – 100 lbs AND are at least three year old.

IMPORTANT: Always secure the booster cushion with the LATCH connectors or vehicle seat belt when not occupied.
Note: Some vehicle manufacturers have lower maximum weight ratings for LATCH anchors, so you must consult your vehicle owner’s manual or call the vehicle manufacturer to confirm the limits on your vehicle’s LATCH anchors. |

Top of child’s ears MUST be below the top of the child restraint headrest. |
| 3. |
Convert the child restraint to booster cushion. |
| 4. |
The shoulder belt MUST pass through shoulder belt guide and under the headrest. |
| 5. |
The shoulder belt MUST cross midway between child's shoulder and neck. |
| 6. |
The lap belt is stretched low and snug across the child's hips, within the belt guides, and fastened into the buckle. |
| 7. |
Do not use the locking clip in booster mode. |
