Checklist for Rear-facing Child Restraint
Child Requirements
Weight: 5 – 22 lbs
Maximum Height: 19 – 29 inches tall

Child restraint for children who weigh 5 – 22 lbs AND between 19- 29 inches tall. |

IMPORTANT: This child restraint is designed for use ONLY in the rear-facing position. NEVER use this child restraint in the forward-facing position.

Top of the child's head is at least 1 inch below the top of the child restraint seat back. |
| 3. |
Installation with the convenience base can be secured with either the LATCH system or the vehicle seat belt. |
| 4. |
Locking clip is installed for shoulder and lap belts, if needed. |

Shoulder harness straps MUST start as close as possible, but NEVER above, the child's shoulder with no more than two finger-widths from the child. |

|
Buckle tongues are fully engaged. |
7.
|
Chest clip is fastened and at armpit level. |
8.
|
To properly secure this child restraint, it MUST NOT move more than 1 inch from side-to-side or from front-to-back at the rear-facing belt path. |
9.
|
The level line MUST be level with the ground. |
