Evenflo proudly offers free UPS Ground shipping to addresses in the contiguous US. Free shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Free Shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders - no minimum purchase, coupons or promotion codes are required.

Evenflo ships to physical addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to Canada at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes or U.S. Territories. If you are interested in shipping to an APO/FPO, please contact the Evenflo ParentLink team using our Contact Form or by calling 800.233.5921, and we'll be happy to assist you with your order, if it meets the United States Postal Service guidelines for shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Most in-stock items are shipped within three business days, according to the standard shipping timeframes listed below. Please note: all Evenflo.com orders ship from Ohio and California.

Express shipping is available only for in-stock items, and only to addresses within the continental United States. Express shipping will typically allow your parcel to arrive within three business days after the initiation of the shipping process.


How can I track my order?

When you create an account at Evenflo.com your tracking information will be stored with your order history. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. What are Evenflo’ standard shipping timeframes?

All shipping timeframes are estimated and apply to in-stock inventory:

  • Orders placed by 11 a.m. EST Monday – Thursday will usually ship within 72 hours. Please note that it make take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. 
  • Orders placed after noon ET Thursday and before 11:59 pm ET Sunday will usually ship the next business day following the weekend and any required lead time. Please note that it may take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
  • Evenflo observes the following U.S. holiday calendar:
    • New Year’s Eve and Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Fourth of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
    • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
    • Orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.

What is Evenflo’ return policy?

If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused Evenflo item(s) purchased from Evenflo.com for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time. Nor, can we accept returns of any items purchased from anywhere other than Evenflo.com.

How long will it take to my process my refund?

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
