"No warnings or information within manual or on car seat about the harness straps. Customer service told me I could not replace my harness straps after removing them and properly washing and sanitizing them after my child vomited in the car seat. Nowhere do they advertise this warning. Don't buy from this company if you are a clean person."

"I got this car seat because it fits well in my 3row SUV on my middle bench and allows me to pull the bench seat forward to access the back seats unlike the other car seats we had. My only complaint is I don't like the the cupholders stick out which the seat catches on but I can just pop that one out. Overall, this seat is pretty compact and easy to use and adjust."

"Good god if you love your children, don't buy this seat. The pictures are false advertising/fraudulent, see attached photos of what the seat actually looks like. It's unusable for my kids, the weird plastic pieces push down on their shoulders, and those pieces are absent from website photos. Would never have bought it if those pieces had been accurately represented. Also, see attached video of what Evenflo considers ""successful installation. "" Like I said, avoid if you want your children to survive in the event of a car accident."

Typically found under the front portion of the seat cover near the child's feet area on the shell of the seat.
Does this product come with a base?
It does not have a detachable base that would stay in the vehicle like infant model car seats have. The base is assembled to the back shell portion of the seat.
