Is it aircraft certified?
Yes, it is FAA approved only when using the internal 5 point harness, it is not FAA approved in booster mode.
Is the minimum weight 30 or 40 lbs? It’s listed as both on your website.
With the five point harness the child must be at least 30 pounds and the maximum weight with the harness is 40 pounds. After reaching the maximum weight with the five point harness the seat can then be used as a high back booster as long as the child meets all requirements for booster mode.
Does the latch system have the ratchet like the 3 in one car seat?
No, it comes with the standard latch.
