Are there extenders that can be purchased for door frames higher than 7ft?

No, there is no extenders available.

I have the seat but not the spring and hanger for door,  It has been misplaced.  Can this be replaced?

Why can't you guys make a door jumper that's also adapted for chubby toddlers? I know about chubby kids that are way taller than the normal height of their age and are really chubby but can't fit into these jumpers. You guys should make one not only for a specific group but trying to include all body and height types for these children that need their door jumpers.

how do you make it shorter?

With all of the weight off the adjuster strap, pull the adjuster strap to raise the seat, or pull a small loop of webbing out to lower the seat. Only the baby’s toes should touch the floor. Readjust as necessary. If baby is still flat-footed at the highest height setting, do not use this.

How do I remove the seat fabric to wash?

the manual for the exersaucer shows a rubber bumper which was not supplied.  The attachment is damaging the doorjamb.  Solution?

What are the dimensions of the door hook?

It is for use in indoor interior doorways that are no more than 7 feet high and must be at least 3 inches thick but not more than 6 inches thick. The doorway trim must be firmly attached with flat part on top at least 1/2 inch wide.
