"Do not buy!! It doesn't have lights or sounds and you spend $88!! Don't waste your money!! Not only that, when I asked to return it, they say you can return it at your own expense which is already expensive enough to do! So they won't refund me my $88 unless I pay for the shipping to ship the product back. Do not buy!!"
"I recently ordered the Sweet Tea Exersaucer for my Granddaughter in Nevada. I live in Wyoming, so I chose to ship it directly to her. After waiting about 10 days for it to arrive, the Exersaucer they received was totally not the right one, not even close to what I ordered. I called Customer Service and they apologized and said the Sweet Tea model was out of stock so they just randomly picked a different one and sent it. I told them we didnt want it and they let me chose a different one for a replacement. We sent the wrong one back and waited for the replacement. Well, they got the shipping address wrong on the replacement and it is still lost somewhere at an unknown address. I have tried to email and call multiple times to get a refund or another replacement and I keep getting told they are waiting on the second one to be returned. It probably will never be returned due to the fact that know one knows where it is at!! I thought I was saving money by ordering from this company directly, but i guess I was wrong. I should have just paid $5. 00 more and ordered it from Amazon. So now I am out $100. 00 and no Exersaucer. What a joke!!"
