Canopy and lock arrived broken
"Love this product, but the canopy and lock for the Playyard was broken in the box. Finally after weeks of calling I was able to get in touch with someone for a replacement. The replacement was order, confirmation of shipment sent. I followed up with the representative and provided the required pictures of the netting cut on the brown Playyard. Then I received a order refund email and my shipment was cancelled. Since receiving this email I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone and all of my emails to the representative I was dealing with have gone unanswered."
