"I brought this as soon as my first grandchild rolled over. Lol. It’s durable and easy for adults to get in and out of. My granddaughter is now crawling so fast. She doesn’t listen. I stick her in this and can run to the bathroom without worrying what she could be getting into. It’s a safe space. I also use it to block off areas when I’m there. She likes to go places she’s not allowed. Since this works as well for her, I brought my daughter one for her home. Now my granddaughter has one at home and at grandma’s and granddaddy’s house."

The following Monday I received an email saying the order was refunded. Confused I emailed saying I didn’t want a refund I still wished for the product. The response was that it was out of stock and I was referred to the more expensive 8 sided area. I was and still am very confused as the product is still available on the website for purchase even after I asked about my ability to still buy it twice."
