All4One Voluntary Recall

ISSUE

Evenflo is voluntarily recalling certain models of the All4One 4-in-1 convertible car seat manufactured between January 2022 and June 2024 that were sold in the United States and Canada. The safety and well-being of children and families who trust our products is our highest priority.

During testing, we found that when the seat is used rear facing, the seat may shift from one recline position to another. A shift in recline could adversely affect the safety performance of the seat in the event of a crash.  And injuries have been reported when person places their hands or fingers in the recline mechanism while it is being manipulated.

Families with impacted seats who have registered their product will be contacted directly and offered an equivalent replacement car seat at no cost. Those who have not yet registered can do so by clicking here to receive updates and next steps.

WHY IS THE ALL4ONE 4-IN-1 BEING RECALLED?
Evenflo is voluntarily recalling certain All4One 4-in-1 convertible car seats. When the seat is installed in rear-facing mode, it may shift out of proper position.   The recliner shift presents a pinch point hazard should a passenger place their hands and/or fingers in the recline mechanism, increasing the risk of injury.  Further, a child seat that does not maintain proper recline position could adversely affect the safety performance of the seat in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

DOES THIS IMPACT ALL ALL4ONE MODELS?
No. Only certain All4One 4-in-1 models manufactured between January 2022 and June 2024 and sold in the United States and Canada are included.

YOU CAN CHECK WHETHER YOUR SEAT IS IMPACTED BY LOOKING AT THE MODEL NUMBER AND MANUFACTURE DATE ON THE LABEL ON THE BACK OR BOTTOM OF THE CAR SEAT. ADDITIONALLY, ALL CONSUMERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED THEIR CAR SEAT WILL BE CONTACTED BY EVENFLO. No. It is important to check the model number on your specific car seat. Only car seat models with the above model numbers that were manufactured between 2022 and 2024 in the US and Canada are included in this recall.

WHAT IS THE RECALL FIX?
Evenflo will provide affected families with an equivalent replacement car seat at no cost. Families who have registered their seat will be contacted directly with next steps.  If you have not yet registered your car seat and currently are using an impacted model, please email parentlink@evenflo.com. 

DO I NEED TO RETURN MY CAR SEAT?
No. Do not return your car seat.
