No. Points cannot be earned on orders paid with a gift card. If you use both a gift card and another form of payment, you will only earn points on the amount paid with the other form of payment.
No. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn.
Points do expire. When you earn enough points to receive a discount, you'll receive an email with a coupon code and when you use the code, your loyalty point total will be reduced by the corresponding amount. All loyalty-based coupon codes will expire 6 months after the day you receive the notification that you have earned a discount (points will not be credited back upon coupon expiration).
Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you've chosen to celebrate with us through our Rewards Program. In order for you to receive birthday points, you must register the date in your account at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday points 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.
All future birthday points will be added to your account on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your Rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
Remember, the birthday points reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please reach out to our Parentlink Consumer Care team at Parentlink@evenflo.com.
If you use your Rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your Rewards will be credited back to your Rewards account. For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your method of payment and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your Rewards account.
Points will only be received for reviews made for verified purchases. After making a purchase on Evenflo.com, you will receive an email requesting that you review the product you've purchased. Begin your review in that email and continue by following the link from the email. Once your review is complete, you will receive points for your review and even more points for adding a photo or video to your review! Only reviews made via the email link will accumulate points. Reviews written directly on the website are not able to be verified by our Rewards system and are not eligible for points.
Sorry, we do not allow "stacking" or combining of any discounts or codes on our website.
Your membership tier is determined by how much you have spent on Evenflo.com over the time that you have had an account with us. If you have not made a purchase on Evenflo.com, you will be placed into the Bronze Tier, if you have spent $250 or more on Evenflo.com you will be in the Silver Tier, and if you have spent $800 or more on Evenflo.com, you will be placed into the Gold Tier of our Rewards Program.
On the Rewards page, scroll down to "The VIP Club" progress bar. This will always detail your current tier status in the Rewards Program.
If you purchased with a gift card or were not logged into your account at the time of purchase, you will not have earned points. In the event these scenarios do not reflect your experience, please reach out to our Parentlink team at Parentlink@evenflo.com so they can take a look at your account.
Points earned with each purchase are updated when your order is processed. Points earned with other program benefits may reflect immediately in your account with the exception of referrals. Referred friends must be first time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral Rewards. Referrals also must be started via our Rewards referral box on your Rewards Program page or through the use of your unique referral link that can also be found on your Rewards page.
Once your friend completes their first purchase on Evenflo.com that totals $100 or more, points will be added to your account.
You will be notified that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that points were added to your account via email. Your 'Rewards History' will also list any points you have received for referrals.
