36812449C
36812449CPOP
36812450C

First, certain child car seats may not meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations with respect to dynamic testing when installed in a rear-facing position using the vehicle seat belt and tether. A child seat that doesn't meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Transport Canada has assigned recall #2025-372 to this issue.
Second, the French language warning label affixed to these products (but not the English label) omits a statement that the tether should be used when the seats is installed in rear-facing mode, even though that is recommended in the instructions. It also refers to use of the product in booster mode, even though that is not one of the use-modes for which it is suitable or certified. A car seat installed in a manner inconsistent with the instructions could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Transport Canada has assigned recall #2025-401 to this issue.
Third, Evenflo has received reports that children restrained in the recalled models have been able to access the foam headrest under the cloth cover, pick off pieces of the foam and place it in their nose or mouth. Transport Canada has assigned recall #2025-497 to this issue.
SAFETY RISK
A child seat that doesn't meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Ingestion of small foam pieces could present a choking hazard.
Evenflo has no reports of injuries associated with these conditions. The potential non-compliance relating to test performance does not exist in other modes of operations, such as forward-facing installation and rear-facing installed utilizing the Universal Anchorage System (UAS) LATCH system.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Provided your child has not accessed the foam headrest, you may continue to use your car seat in the rear-facing position if installed using the UAS. The seat is also safe for use in the forward-facing position. There is also no crash related safety risk for children less than 4.9 kg (11 lbs). The seat should always be installed in accordance with its instructions (which recommend use of the tether in all use modes). The seat should not be used as a booster.
To address the issues associated with Recalls #2025-372 and #2025-401, Evenflo will provide a free remedy kit (including a replacement French language warning label) to all registered owners, which is projected to be available on or after September 15, 2025. Do not use the vehicle seat belt to install the seat rear-facing until the remedy kit has been installed.
To address the issue associated with Recall #2025-497, Evenflo will provide a second free remedy kit to all registered owners, which is projected to be available in early November. This kit will include a protective tape seal that can be applied to the headrest foam. The car seat may continue to be used, pursuant to the information above, as long as the headrest foam has not been accessed by the child.
The affected seats should not be returned to retailers or the company. Consumers must register their child seat online or call Evenflo’s customer service line to receive a remedy kit. Frequently Asked Questions About the Revolve360 Slim Recall
Why is Revolve360 Slim being recalled?
Certain models of the Revolve360 Slim are being voluntarily recalled because there is concern around a child’s ability to reach behind the cushion, pick, and dislodge the foam from the headrest. While the foam itself is non-toxic, it could pose a potential choking hazard. Importantly, this issue does not affect the safety or integrity of the car seat in the event of a crash. It will still provide the protection it was designed for. The voluntary recall is simply to prevent children from being able to access the foam.
Does this impact all Revolve360 models?
No. This recall only affects specific Revolve360 Slim models sold in the U.S. and Canada with model numbers beginning with 3681.
