Q. How many modes does this high chair have?
The RightSeat Multistage High Chair has three modes of use.
Mode 1 is a traditional high chair with a baby seat, 5-pt harness and attached feeding tray.
Mode 2 is a high chair without the tray that allows little ones to sit at the table, securely buckled into the 5-point harness and the baby seat. (Note: The feeding tray is not required in this mode.)
Mode 3 serves as a chair for older children after removing the baby seat, 5-pt harness and feeding tray.
Q. What is the age and weight range for this high chair?
Mode 1 - Children at least ages 6 months+ (able to sit upright unassisted), with a maximum weight of 40 lb / 18.1 kg
Mode 2 - Children at least ages 6 months+ (able to sit upright unassisted), with a maximum weight of 40 lb / 18.1 kg
Mode 3 - Children able to walk unassisted, with a maximum weight of 100 lb / 45.4 kg
Q. Do I need to use the restraint harness when my child is seated in the baby seat with the tray?
Yes. The included restraint harness must always be used when the child is seated in the baby seat, with or without the tray attached.
Q. Can the baby seat be used on its own?
No. The baby seat can only be used when attached to the high chair frame and secured with the attachment knob.
Q. Is the chair seat adjustable?
The chair seat has 4 positions. When your child is seated in Mode 1 or 2, the chair seat must be in the highest position. When your child is seated in Mode 3, the chair seat can be adjusted to any of the 4 positions.
