All4One Voluntary Recall
ISSUE
Evenflo is voluntarily recalling certain models of the All4One 4-in-1 convertible car seat manufactured between January 2022 and June 2024 that were sold in the United States and Canada. The safety and well-being of children and families who trust our products is our highest priority, and we are taking this step out of an abundance of caution.
During testing, we found that when the seat is used rear-facing, the seat may shift from one recline position to another. There have been no reports of injuries, and the car seat will continue to provide protection to an occupant in the event of a crash. Parents and caregivers may continue to use the car seat, including in rear-facing mode. However, when the seat is used rear-facing, it is prudent to take care to prevent any passenger from inserting their fingers into the recline mechanism.
Families with impacted seats who have registered their product will be contacted directly and offered an equivalent replacement car seat at no cost. Those who have not yet registered can do so at https://www.evenflo.com/pages/product-registration receive updates and next steps.
We understand that recalls can be concerning, and we are committed to clear, transparent communication and to supporting families throughout this process. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is the All4One 4-in-1 being recalled?
Evenflo is voluntarily recalling certain All4One 4-in-1 convertible car seats after testing showed that when the seat is used rear-facing, the seat may shift from one recline position to another during a crash. There have been no reports of injuries, and the issue does not negatively impact protection for a child secured in the car seat. There may, however, be a risk of pinching if an adjacent passenger places their hands and/or fingers in the reclining mechanism when it is being used in rear-facing model.
2. Does this impact all All4One models?
No. Only certain All4One 4-in-1 models manufactured between January 2022 and June 2024 and sold in the United States and Canada are included.
You can check whether your seat is impacted by looking at the model number and manufacture date on the label on the back or bottom of the car seat. Additionally, all consumers who have registered their car seat will be contacted by Evenflo. If you have moved, or you are uncertain whether you have registered your car seat, please complete a new registration: https://www.evenflo.com/pages/product-registration. You can also reach out to the ParentLink Consumer Care for additional support.

My car seat model says EveryFit/EveryKid/All4One, is it recalled? What about All4Stages?
No. It is important to check the model number on your specific car seat. Only car seat models with the above model numbers that were manufactured between 2022 and 2024 in the US and Canada are included in this recall.
Can I continue to use my All4One car seat?
Yes. You may continue to use your car seat, including in rear-facing mode. Because the issue occurs only in rear-facing mode, anyone sitting next to the car seat should keep hands and fingers away from the recline mechanism while the seat is in use to avoid possible pinching. To help mitigate this risk, you may fold a small towel inside the recline mechanism to fill in the open space. See images below, the small towel is seen in the picture on the bottom

What is the recall fix?
Evenflo will provide affected families with an equivalent replacement car seat at no cost. Families who have registered their seat will be contacted directly with next steps. If you have not yet registered your car seat and currently are using an impacted model, please email parentlink@evenflo.com.
Do I need to return my car seat?
No. Do not return your car seat. It is safe to continue using it while you wait for replacement information, as long as hands and fingers are kept away from the recline mechanism when the seat is used rear-facing.
