"I got the bassinet since I was due last friday with my third baby and let me say that this has been the best purchase I’ve made. I love how the lights and sound soothe my newborn when she’s fussy . The bassinet was super easy to assemble and didn’t take long at all to do so. I wish they had this product when I had my first two kids. I highly would recommend this bassinet. Forgot to mention I do love the fact you can adjust the bassinet as the baby grows!!!"
"Im sure its a wonderful bassinet when the delivery people don’t break it. While I know the shipping company is responsible for the damage, the reason for this review is because Evennflo denied my return for some reason. Ordered 06. 15. 26, delivered 6. 22. 26,return request was submitted 6. 26. 26. Why does the customer have request a return/exchange? When I attempted to call the listed customer service number they provided, it said customer service line was temporarily unavailable. By the end of that day, I received an email stating my return request was denied because my item is not eligible for return. WHAT?! I received it broken and they are unwilling to do anything about it. This is the brand new model and is almost $300. I shouldn’t have to purchase another one when the one I bought two weeks ago came broken. Shame on Evenflo for providing zero customer service and failing to back their products. If anyone is considering an evenfllo product for their child, I wouldn’t do it."

"I received this bassinet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Wow this is a very high quality and sharp looking bassinet. It feels very roomy and I love that it has different levels / heights for when my daughter gets bigger. It was also very quick and easy to put together. I really liked the light bar for easy check ins on my newborn in the middle of the night. Cons: When assembling, one of the screw holes was stripped so was unable to get the screw to stay. The power cord is very short so need to be close to an outlet if using the light / sound bar. Overall, this is such a great bassinet that can be used for so much longer than others on the market and it’s so aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend!"

I no longer have to worry about bringing my portable sound machine to bed every night, and I love that it offers so many light and music options, with brightness and volume controls. Our little one loves it! Additionally, I was amazed by its compact packaging and how easy it was to set up. I'm in love with the beautiful wood accents and coastal color; they match our bedroom perfectly. The mesh is easily wipeable, and the bassinet mattress is easily removable and washable, which was something very important to me. "I received this bassinet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I’m so happy I did! It was honestly a breeze to assemble (I did it while my husband was at work and normally that doesn’t always go well for me, lol). Its aesthetic and neutral colors go well in any room and look much more elevated than other bassinets I was considering. My baby is only 3 months, but I love that it will continue to grow with her until she’s a year since we want to keep her in our room. I wish it was a bit more lightweight in design so it could be moved around more easily and I wish the mattress was a tad bit thicker for comfort. My baby loves music so I’ve appreciated the sensory soothe technology and used it even when she’s not sleeping just to keep her entertained! Overall I’m very happy with this bassinet and would recommend to a friend!"
