Revolve360 Slim Recall - U.S & Canada
REVOLVE360ä SLIM RECALL – U.S. & CANADA
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has assigned recall 25C010 to this issue.
Evenflo has chosen to voluntarily recall certain models of its Revolve360ä Slim in the U.S. and Canada. This is a voluntary recall.
When a child seated in certain Revolve360 Slim models can reach behind the cushion, pick, and dislodge the foam from the headrest, it could pose a potential choking hazard if placed in the child’s mouth. The foam itself is non-toxic.
This issue does not affect the safety or integrity of the car seat in the event of a crash and at this time, we have no knowledge of any incidents resulting in injury. Affected U.S. and Canadian models start with model number 3681. This recall does NOT impact Revolve360 or Revolve360 Extend models, or new Revolve360 Slim with model numbers beginning CS2601 or 3682.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
We are working to address this issue quickly and responsibly. Free recall repair kits, including easy-to-use instructions and protective materials to block access to the foam, will be sent to all customers for whom Evenflo has contact information, including registered owners, of all recalled models. Families may continue to use their car seats safely if the foam remains intact and out of reach.

How do I check what model number my car seat is?
If you’re unsure, you can quickly check your model number on the product label located on the back of the car seat shell. Rotate the car seat to a side-facing position, and you will find the white label with the date of manufacture and model number on the instruction manual storage location. You can also reach out to the ParentLink Consumer Care team for additional assistance.
How is this version of Revolve360 Slim different from other Revolve360 models?
The Revolve360 and Revolve 360 Extend have different designs with respect to the headrest than the Revolve360 Slim and therefore the factors which determine whether children are able to access it are different.
Can I still use my Revolve360 Slim car seat?
Yes, you can continue to use your Revolve360 Slim safely as long as your child has not been able to reach or remove the foam in the headrest.
If you notice your child accessing the foam, please stop using the seat and contact our ParentLink Consumer Care team by calling 1-800-233-5921 (US) or 1-800-265-0749 (Canada), Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM EST. You can also email parentlink@evenflo.com. We’re here to support you and answer your questions.
What is the recall fix?
We’ll be sending every affected consumer for whom Evenflo has contact information a free recall repair kit. This includes easy-to-follow instructions and a special tape seal to cover the foam access points. Register your car seat or confirm your information, click here.
When will the recall kits be sent?
Evenflo expects to ship the recall repair kit in early November. Please register your car seat to ensure you receive the recall repair kit. You can do so by visiting: https://www.evenflo.com/pages/product-registration.
Do I need to return my car seat?
No. You do not need to return your Revolve360 Slim. You can continue to use your car seat while you wait for your recall repair kit. Once it arrives, we encourage you to follow the instructions to apply the protective tape around the headrest. Please do not attempt to return your car seat to a retailer.
