"I have to keep it OR pay return shipping. Box arrived squished halfway through. I contacted customer support, they told me its fine. They drop test them. The box was clearly crushed halfway through. I thought after an accident car seats had to be replaced? Apparently not when the cost is on them. Spent almost $1,500 through Evenflo. Never. Again."

"The armrest and cup holders just pop off with the slightest force, even the baby’s arm resting on it. This is a huge risk in the case of a collision. I don’t understand how having parts that pop off easily is allowable in a car seat."

"I got in an accident and had to replace my son’s car seat. The graco transitions was out of stock at the store I went to so I bought this. My son hates it and so do I. It digs into his neck and the straps are always uneven. I usually have to get him back out of the seat to pull on the straps to even him out and get him back in. I’m going to buy another graco transitions seat and throw this right into the garbage. I’ve had it for a month and my son cries every time we have to get in the car."

- The styrofoam at the head piece has a crack in it. Is is still safe to use?
- The foam is designed to help absorb energy if involved in an impact and can still absorb that energy even if it is cracked or broken, so even if the foam is broken or cracked in large pieces and fits together such as a puzzle piece the seat can still be safely used. We would advise to stop use if the foam is breaking in small pieces or missing out from the seat.
- Hello, is this seat airplane certified with the appropriately labeled sticker?
- The Maestro Sport is FAA approved only when using the internal 5 point harness.
