"I just had my baby on April and had to be in recovery for 8 weeks so I barely got the chance to use it . Not even 2 weeks it started squeaking every time I walk . So embarrassing and disappointing as I was so happy to use my stroller. Also the carseat seatbelt kind of hurts my baby from her legs since babies move their legs a lot so is not made well . So expensive and cheap made !!"

"I would NOT buy this stroller, the wheels squeak from day one, they latches stick and it’s difficult to get the seat off the stroller base. I called Evenflo trying to get a new stroller base and nobody would help me, I sent videos and proof of receipt. The customer service is atrocious. I bought the stroller in September 2025 and didn’t use it until October, and from out of the box the noise from the rear wheels is embarrassing, I have to lift up the back of the stroller when walking so I’m not drawing attention. Further more there is no way to fix or oil the squeak. Terrible product from a brand name like Evenflo! So disappointed!"
"Would not recommend this stroller. (VIDEOS ATTACHED) I bought this in September of 2025. I didn’t use it until October when my baby was born, in November the wheels started squeaking very bad. I reached out they told me to put cooking oil on the wheels and after like 3-4 days it continued to squeak. I reached out again and they offered a replacement . I was very grateful and thought it was going to be fixed. Than I am informed that I have to destroy a perfectly good carseat, and bassinet , all because THE WHEELS were squeaking. . I got the replacement and within 2 weeks it started squeaking again. I wanted to just return it and get a new stroller because if the stroller wheels were already acting up within 1-2 months of opening it, How was it supposed to last until my baby is 2 years old sitting up in the stroller part. Now they wont give me a refund and are trying to offer me a cheaper stroller system from there website."
