"I love the overall fit and finish of the car seat! It’s super easy to clean, the 180 degree rotating base makes putting my son in the car a breeze, and the materials are all very good quality - colorfast, durable, breathable. The car seat base is huge though, the overall size, during rear-facing phase, barely fits in my Mazda CX-5. The passenger seat is essentially non-functional now because it has to be all the way up just to fit this seat and that’s the only reason for 4 stars. I love the stroller system and the swappable bassinet style carrier."

"Following up from my review I posted & Evenflo commented back saying “ We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with our product. We are committed to resolving this issue promptly and providing you with the necessary support. Please contact our consumer care team for assistance. ” I have been trying to get this resolved and have been reaching out to customer service for weeks about this issue & I keep getting the run around from them & have done nothing but waste my time and provide a cheap product. People weren’t wrong, the customer service is a joke. They publicly say they want to resolve an issue & make it right but don’t actually follow through. Do better Evenflo. From now on I am only buying from Chicco."
