Customer Service is not it.
"Product is great. You'd assume this company wants loyal customers. I made a purchase and AFTER my purchase, it asked me if I'd want to join the rewards system. I obviously say yes BUT when I sign up my purchase didn't count because it was made prior to signing up. I messaged the company to get this as a response "Thank you for your inquiry. I am sorry, rewards points cannot be added retroactively. I appreciate your email. ". You'd assume if you want new customers to KEEP purchasing from you, you would transfer the points or not have the reward system pop up BEFORE making a purchase. Because of this, I will never purchase from this company again or recommend any friends & family. What's the point of the reward system when you only ask customers to sign up AFTER you make a large purchase?"
