My family is a two car family so having an extra base for ease of transfer is a MUST! It makes going from car to car so much easier and I don’t have to take extra time to take out the base and install it before leaving! Not that installing this base is hard at all though! It’s super simple and quick

"The amazing Stellar Product Testing Panel supplied me with the unique opportunity of testing a car seat. Along with the car seat the extra base was provided. This is something I or others I have consulted with have every thought of. The comment is always how nice it would be to have a car seat for both cars, but rather this option from NutureMax provided the solution. Instead of buying two expensive car seats that the little rascals grow out of. Just buy another base! I would highly recommend the product to anyone with more than one vehicle."

"We have two of the NurtureMax Infant Car Seat bases. With two parents who both work outside of the home, it is necessary for us to be able to do quick drop offs and pickups. This one is easy to install with clear instructions. We didn't have any issues with the base and it worked well with our car seat. I appreciate the safety features like the anti-rebound base and thought it was easy enough to attach and remove the car seat from the bases. While I don't have any complaints about the base itself, I'm just not impressed with the car seat. I think it's a great option for an extra car seat for grandparents or in case of emergency but it just doesn't seem like enough of anything for it to be our main seat."

Having an extra base made transferring from my car to my husband's truck so much easier. We are constantly on the go so making the switch from one car to the next was nearly seamless! I really like the security the extra base gives as opposed to strapping the seat down (which the car seat can do but I would only do in a pinch).Getting the seat in and out of the base was pretty easy. Much easier than strapping the seat to the car. I love having an extra base and would think about getting another to put in the grandparents car as well!! Installing the base was simple and it seemed snug and safe. I didn't like that there was no level to show that it is properly installed just a line and that you couldn't adjust the base like you can with some other seat bases I've tried. But overall - especially for the price point - it was great!"

"I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I enjoyed having two bases so that I could easily transfer the seat between my car and my husband’s car. The base was very simple to install and I felt confident in my ability to install it safely and correctly. The car seat clipped into the base with ease and it was very easy to eject the seat from the base as well. The base provided me a peace of mind when placing my newborn in the car to travel. I knew the seat was in there snug and tight and it was not going anywhere."

"I received two car seat bases as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for an honest review. Initially the bases seemed light and not very impressive. The installation was really easy and once the car seat was attached, it seemed very sturdy however. The anti-rebound design was very reassuring to me as a new parent. When buying something at such an affordable cost, you definitely don’t want any compromise on safety and I felt comfortable knowing the base was rated highly for safety. My favorite feature is how easy it is to remove the car seat from the base but I wish there was a way to adjust the incline of the seat. It was great having two bases so that we could easily switch between my car and my mother in laws."
