I Wish Someone Had Warned Me Before I Bought Evenf

"I am beyond disappointed with Evenflo. As an expectant first-time mom with my baby still three months away, I thought I was doing the responsible thing by shopping early. I spent hours researching travel systems, trusted the Evenflo name, and was genuinely excited when mine arrived. That excitement lasted only until I assembled it. The moment I compared it side by side with brands like Graco, Joie, and Maxi-Cosi, the difference was impossible for me to ignore. The materials felt noticeably cheaper than I expected, the bassinet was much firmer than I was comfortable with, and the infant car seat sat at an angle that personally didn't give me confidence for a newborn. Because my baby hasn't even been born yet, this travel system was never used. I immediately disassembled it, carefully repacked every piece in its original packaging, and requested a return. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I even offered to exchange it for one of Evenflo's more expensive travel systems because I was still willing to give the company another chance. They refused. Instead, after speaking with multiple representatives and repeatedly asking for a manager, I was met with the same response every single time: pay the return shipping yourself. No flexibility. No solution. No effort to keep a customer who was willing to spend even more money with their company. For a brand that markets products for babies, I expected far better. Instead, I walked away feeling like the sale mattered more than the customer. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in Evenflo. Before you spend hundreds of dollars on one of their products, I strongly encourage you to compare it with other brands and understand exactly what you're getting and how you'll be treated if you're unhappy. Evenflo didn't just lose this sale. They lost my trust, my future business, and my recommendation to every expecting parent who asks me what baby gear to buy."

Pivot NXT Travel System

"I was sent the Pivot NXT Travel System from the Stellar product testing panel. It came with the beautiful sleek stroller, car seat and base. First impressions I was blown away by how nice the car seat was. Not only was it super light weight but it was super cozy and comfy for my little one. The stroller was so easy to assemble. I loved the brown suede stitching on the handle. The tires made the ride so smooth while on walks. The best feature was how easy it was to stitch from upright to bassinet style. I loved everything about this system."

Positioning of Car seat feels unsafe

"While this travel system appears appealing to the eye and is easy to use the car seat just feels way too upright for a newborn which causes a new mom some paranoia. You want to ensure your new baby is safe in a car seat and this car seat does not feel like it provides that. Car seat aside the stroller piece works great and is easy to use but I can’t recommend the car seat piece."

A smooth ride

"This stroller was given to me as part of a product test. I really enjoyed this overall I was a big fan of it. It fit well into the back of my medium SUV and I still had space back there for groceries and other items. One thing I noticed specifically was that it was very easy to roll and the suspension kept baby comfortable. We aren’t old enough for all six modes yet, but the bassinet set up was very convenient. I loved the basket size under the stroller and how well it could fit my backpack and snack snacks and a drink. I would be interested in purchasing a matching car seat now that I have seen how well the rest of the travel system works."

It’s super straightforward and handled a trip to the amusement park like a pro. The stroller glides smoothly even over bumpy sidewalks or in the grass and offers an impressive six riding configurations. The whole system looks far more premium than its price point suggests. I loved the bassinet option for strolls with my infant, and it converted effortlessly into a toddler seat for our trips to the park. The car seat includes several comfort features for smaller infants, and my favorite detail is the plastic buckle covers to prevent burns on hot days. The cup holder easily fits my 40oz tumbler, and the generous under-seat storage makes this system ideal for any size diaper bag. Highly recommend!"
