"I’d five negative starts. I bought this as my second Evenflo car seat, expecting the same great experience as before. Unfortunately, during the initial installation, the vehicle seatbelt got completely stuck between the base and the car seat. To make matters worse, Evenflo's customer service has been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful. Very frustrating experience for a loyal customer."
"I love this car seat! It makes getting my rear facing one year old in and out so much easier. The fabric also makes a huge difference in the hot summer, as it stays much cooler than other seats I’ve had in the past. It’s also so easy to clean. I can rest assured knowing that my baby is safe with top of line safety features! Also I love that it is a 3 in 1 so it will last her all of her years of needing a seat! You need to get this seat!"
"It’s very easy to use and was also easily to install. I appreciate that the app has audible notifications regarding safety concerns so if you’re child unbuckles while driving, you’re notified immediately out loud. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it is a tight fit. Luckily I don’t have any other children and I’m short. With that being said, this car seat in a jeep is not for tall parents."

"Very happy with our purchase. This seat looks so comfy and supportive and it was so easy to install and use. My only complaint is with the Sensor Safe clip. The notifications from it are pretty relentless and not customisable. I get temperature warnings every few minutes even after the air has been blasting and the temperature feels fine. I also receive notifications that the child is still in the car frequently when I am also still in the car and we are on the road. I mostly decided to get this clip for when my baby is older and potentially starts unbuckling themselves but it seems glitchy and excessive and I kinda wish we went with a regular chest clip because of the extra anxiety this one causes."
"Never received car seat, no response from customer service. Ordered on June 14th, and it's now the 22nd. The tracking info says the label has been created, and not even shipped yet. I received an email saying it was shipped just days after the order but the tracking has remained the same. I have continued to reach out with no response and no answers. My daughter is about grown out of her car seat so it was important we received this new car seat ASAP. If I had known shipping would be like this, I would have never bothers with this brand. It's unbelievable."

"I love this seat. And the sensor safe makes me feel comfortable, I do wish it could have additional features to it for more peace of mind, maybe breathing patterns. Would also love for the buckle part between the legs not fall back and have to set baby on top of it then yank it out from under her. The harness buckles are magnetic which is nice, it’s definitely helpful. Overall awesome seat, it’s super easy to turn and my baby looks comfortable."

"I honestly love this car seat. My family lives 9 hours away and my son HATED being in the car/road trips (he’s now 5 months old) and he would scream at the top of his lungs the whole drive. I thought maybe it was his old car seat so we got this one, and while he still cries, it’s gotten a lot better. He falls asleep almost every time he’s in it and seems so cozy."
