The Revolve360™ Slim has a 10-year expiration from the date of manufacture. The specific expiration date for your seat is listed on the date and model label on the product.

Q. How long can my child stay rear-facing in the Revolve360™ Slim?
The Revolve360™ Slim can be used in rear-facing mode until the child reaches either 50 lb. (22,6 kg), 48 in. (122 cm) or the top of their head is less than 1 in. (2.5 cm) below the top of the headrest or car seat shell, whichever is taller. Once your child reaches any of these three measurements, the child has outgrown the car seat in rear-facing mode.

You can find the date of manufacture, model name and model number on a label on the rear of the car seat over the User Guide storage pocket. It is also located on the car seat base near the LockStrong™ belt tensioning arm.

I am also a huge fan of its slim profile. It fits in the middle seat of the middle row in our SUV, and rotates fully despite being immediately next to another wider car seat. It also allows enough space to flip down the empty chair for access to our third row, or for someone to sit comfortably next to the car seat with plenty of extra room.

Sensor sends false alarms

"The seat by itself is great and we love the convenience. However, the sensorsafe sensor always sends fake alarms. The sensor was 15 miles away from my child and I and it kept going off saying their was a child in my car when my car was parked and nothing in the seat and the straps were separated to either side. No matter how many times I turned off the alarms it kept reading false alarms. I tried to work with customer service and let them know this kept happening and they asked me to do some different things to test it and I had no luck. they then asked for me to do a bunch more tests. I don’t have time to be doing all the tests. I originally got the car seat with sensor safe to tell the temperature in the back seats of my car however you aren’t able to see the app on Apple CarPlay leading me to have to be on my phone while driving which is not happening so it’s pretty pointless. It might be more helpful when my child gets older to know if they unbuckle. So car seat 10/10, sensorsafe 2/10."

Compact and easy to turn!

"Bought two of the same revolve 360 slims with sensor safe. Coming from another brand of 360 rotating car seat, this one is so much smaller in front-to-back space consumption, so much lighter weight, so much easier to install, so much more affordable, and most importantly, so much easier to turn one-handed. This thing even gives enough legroom to my 6' husband in his old Camry."

Good seat, sensor safe not what I expected

"Seat is great and the slim design makes a huge difference compared to the original revolve we have. I purchased the one with SensorSafe and regretted it on our first long road trip. The app sent constant critical alerts while we were driving saying the baby was in the car. We all were—we were driving. The problem was the constant disconnect/reconnect of the service while we were traveling that caused these alerts. It was too distracting and I deleted the app within the first two hours of having it on. I’ll try it again when we are closer to home maybe. Th seat itself was easy to install and baby seems comfortable while also being protected."

Head rest too thick

"New head rest cushion on 2025 model is very disappointing leaving our 1 year old’s head squished with little space for movement. The 2024 model is way better and our son looks more comfortable. Sad we couldn’t get our hands on 2024 model. We had to seek different brand."

"This car seat was very easy to install, Evenflo has a YouTube video explaining everything in simple steps. The car seat is very sturdy, and has two cup holders, that I use now to put some toys and his water. I love that you can turn the car seat to the side and full 360. My baby looks very comfortable in it and I would 100% recommend this to anyone."

Not intuitive

"Installation was not easy at all…I can’t believe how many people said it was straightforward. There aren’t real instructions, both my husband and I had to watch multiple YouTube videos to figure it out. We have used the uppababy since our daughter was born, which was always so easy, I was hoping this would be a simple transition. Also to note: you can’t buy an additional base so if you have multiple cars or others watching your child, get a different car seat. Not worth it"

Q&A

Looking to see if this fits in a Honda Civic. What is the length for rear-facing?
the dimensions of the seat is 21D x 24.3 H x 16.75 W inches and when rear facing fully recline the depth of the seat is 30.3".
Is this FAA approved? Can we use this seat in an airplane?
Yes, it is FAA approved.
What can I put under the base to protect the seat? Or when will the seat protector pad be available for purchase again?
At this time Evenflo does not manufacture a seat protector for the vehicle seat. We can recommend to use a small thin towel if needed. Evenflo has not tested any aftermarket seat protectors.
When do you take out the newborn insert?
There is no specific age or weight limit on when to remove the insert out from the seat. We advise to remove the insert out from the seat if you are unable to get a proper harness fit on your baby after already adjusting the width and/or the height of the harness on the seat. However, the inserts must be removed when the seat is being used forward facing.
Can you remove the car seat from the base? and can you place the car seat in a stroller or would it be compatible with any of the evenflo strollers
The Revolve 360 model car seats are designed to stay installed in the vehicle. They are not designed to attach to any stroller models.
