"Very awkward placement of the shoulder harness straps relative to the headrest. So when newborn is buckled with the shoulder straps at or below shoulder level, the headrest is nowhere near their head and newborns head flops around. Very dangerous. I reached out for a solution and they have yet to offer anything. Very disappointed given the price point. Will never buy their products again"

"If you are wanting a stroller and car seat that is safe for your newborn, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had two different strollers have a wheel fall off while out for a walk and my newborn almost fell out of the basinet due to this. The company has horrible customer service. This has been an issue since February I’m still dealing with. I was promised a new travel model that was never sent to me. I was promised a refund cheque I still haven’t received. No one will answer my emails or phone calls. I had a customer service rep hang up on me because she didn’t “ like my tone”. This company is honestly a joke and I highly suggest not purchasing anything from them."
