"I have others in my family who really enjoy this product, as such I came here to get a play area for my own home. I tried to purchase just the smaller size area, the order went through on a Friday. The following Monday I received an email saying the order was refunded. Confused I emailed saying I didn’t want a refund I still wished for the product. The response was that it was out of stock and I was referred to the more expensive 8 sided area. I was and still am very confused as the product is still available on the website for purchase even after I asked about my ability to still buy it twice."
"I have an open floor plan so it's good to have a play area to keep my toddler in one place and keep the dogs from eating the baby's food :) I like it that you can set it up in a different shape but wish it could anchor better somehow indoors because it can be easily pushed over."
