"The package came in a torn up taped box, I emailed and called asking for a new product and even sent pictures after following instruction to cut the item up in order to receive a new one. I have emailed for updates and they won’t respond. I am highly displeased with the customer service."

"Order was placed on a Sunday and this was my first time ordering directly online so after placing an order for my daughter online and backing out to recheck other items this order was created in error. When I called the next morning I was told the only thing I could do was refuse the delivery. I did just that stayed home to be sure not to miss FedEx and told the driver the package which was all beat up by the way because it was not placed in additional packaging. The box has a partial opening and was smashed would be very embarrassed to give that as a gift to anyone. FedEx stated I needed to have evenflo issue a call tag for the return. Called into evenflo only to be told the return would be at my expense and they have emailed me the address to send back sorry if there is nothing else have a good day. This is just all around poor customer service. I placed an order of $300. An accidental order was created secondarily. I called in 2 days before it was shipped and I was told the order can’t be canceled but I have to wait almost a week and try to return by refusing. Now I should pay again to return after getting charged to send what I asked to cancel well before it left your facility it was boxed up so loss of materials is not the issue. The order was there and shipping label not even created when I called. To put a customer through multiple calls and all types of leg work sure will not develop repeat business. Throughly disappointed."
