"Absolutely love the car seat and stroller travel system however, the stroller seat attachment does not sit upright. My son always seemed uncomfortable in this attachment. Very expensive travel system, but very poorly made. Also, customer service was not helpful at all. Do not buy unless you absolutely know you want to keep it… They do not honor price matching and threatened. We will have to pay a lot of money to send it back to get the cheaper price."
"While at first we were stoked to purchase this product for our first child, we didn't realize how dissatisfied we woukd become. We like the fact that you can remove ALL fabric on the car seat for it to be washed and we also like the 180 degree swivel for easy removal and placement of the child. I also like the handle on the stroller in the fact that it's not the traditional rubber and doesn't become tacky after awhile. The stroller is the best part about this system. It rides smoothly over multiple surfaces, however the car seat and the bassinet are weird when you click them in. The bassinet is tilted downward and you cannot fix it and both the bassinet and the carseat wiggle (a lot)when clicked into the stroller as well as the car seat base. The sensory soothe settings are just ok, actually, some of them are illegal in the state I live. The batteries also die very quickly. We've been using the car seat for 1. 5 months and have had to replace the batteries twice with moderate use. The shade covering has come completely unraveled at one end from being pulled up and down. The latch to release the car seat from the base and stroller sticks and is hard to release sometimes. The handle on the car seat has a lot of wiggle in-between locks and it also has a lot of flexibility, you can actually went the handle. For the price of this system, we paid about $1000 for the whole system and and a second base, there are better products out there. The longer we own this system the more we dislike it."
