The product is only guaranteed for 90 days, even though it’s not recommended for use until your baby is older, so hopefully you don’t get it for your baby shower. They also don’t make replacement parts for the faulty item. I loved this product until now. (See other reviews for this same thing happening!)"

"There is an unfortunate thing that happens if you put the wrong wooden dowel in the wrong base hole: it gets stuck and won't release. I broke it trying to remove it and was utterly and totally defeated. I now must hide in a hole and hold my son up in order for him to learn to walk. As it should be."

"I have this activity jumper and we do love it but it's missing one of the top pieces from the bar on the top the one that is blue and has the end is white and it connects to the top that hangs over the child's head. I'm trying to get a hold of somebody to get a replacement piece. I hope somebody can help me from Even Flow to get this piece sent to me ASAP. I have called the number that it says to call to speak to somebody about replacement parts and all it does is tell me to send an email and I did that too I'm hoping somebody is going to be able to help me. "My baby is on the smaller side and was playing in this exersaucer when one side completely collapsed. It is only held together by plastic and one flimsy screw. Luckily I was right next to her and grabbed her immediately. I can’t imagine putting her into this or another jumper like this."
"I know a lot of people have made negative reviews about this jumper. When it is lightweight which is why it's so aesthetically pleasing so it's not going to be super super sturdy if your baby is a rocker. Also with anything with the baby you should make sure that you're watching your child while they're in it. And make sure the all three legs are spread out evenly on the floor to prevent tipping.. The other thing is just pay attention to the direction of the top caps as well as the legs to make sure that they are both in place according to the directions. Those small things make a huge difference in the structural integrity of the product. I have not had any issues with it and I love it and my son thoroughly enjoyed it! Glad they made it."
