"I have to keep it OR pay return shipping. Box arrived squished halfway through. I contacted customer support, they told me its fine. They drop test them. The box was clearly crushed halfway through. I thought after an accident car seats had to be replaced? Apparently not when the cost is on them. Spent almost $1,500 through Evenflo. Never. Again."

"I got in an accident and had to replace my son’s car seat. The graco transitions was out of stock at the store I went to so I bought this. My son hates it and so do I. It digs into his neck and the straps are always uneven. I usually have to get him back out of the seat to pull on the straps to even him out and get him back in. I’m going to buy another graco transitions seat and throw this right into the garbage. I’ve had it for a month and my son cries every time we have to get in the car."
