"I was really excited about this product but I was disappointed when I received it. It looked really nice in pictures but in person it looks cheap and unsafe. The white foam was exposed big time around the top handle part of the car seat. And this car seat does not turn as smooth as it should, make it difficult to use. And not to mention how difficult and EXPENSIVE it is to return this product. Evenflo company doesn't offer drop off labels so I had to pay out of my pocket to return it. And it costs 70 dollars to ship it back to the company. I went to different place and 70 dollars was the cheapest I could find. I shipped to them on Nov. 17,today is December 2,im still waiting for my refund. This is last time I purchas a product from them"

"I love the car seat however if you have a small car it is a little difficult to install. I had to google a few videos on how to get the base leveled but once I figured it out it was an easy installation process."

"This is my second 360 carseat and we LOVE this one compared to our graco turn to me. Our baby looks more comfortable its lighter and easier to install without the tethers. The only thing we like better on the graco is the button to turn to you is under the cupholder where the evenflo is in the front below the harness release"
