"We love our stroller and our daughter loved it immediately. We bought the jasper dual shift maybe a month after we purchased Omni shift just for easier handling. In the dual shift the head space is really snug and my daughters ears were getting tucked one more than the other and now it seems to be significantly worse as if her ear maybe physically damaged like cartilage isn’t strong as the other ear and it pops out . It’s a lot of money and to not be able to at least take the head cushion out to make more space is upsetting. We will be discussing with doctor about her ears and purchasing another car seat ."
