Defective Infant Car Seat Causing Discomfort
"The infant car seat is extremely uncomfortable. My baby’s head and neck fall forward because the seat is too upright. I initially contacted you to request a return and refund for my stroller system. At first, I received responses, but now I am no longer getting any replies. I need to be able to safely take my baby out in the car, but this car seat makes it impossible. His head hangs forward, causing discomfort and distress. Even when he is deeply asleep, as soon as I place him in the seat, he starts crying as if he were in pain. I would really appreciate a response and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible."

"Assembly was fairly simple. The stroller handles well. My only complaint is the color. It should be a shade of green, but it’s much more blue than pictured. I’m really disappointed because I wanted a gender neutral travel system that was not all black, so I thought the green was a good choice, but it’s definitely blue. I’m having a baby girl and I wanted something other than pink or blue options. It’s difficult to find options to swap out the color. I’ve read reviews that it’s expensive to ship back the product so I guess I’ll need to be creative here."

Only thing that I don’t like about it is you have to take the tray off to use the car seat with the stroller and that seems inconvenient. Why not just make the tray compatible with the car seat?
