Can another child (sitting next to the car seat) reach over and rotate this car seat while I'm driving?
When the vehicle is in motion, the car seat should always be correctly locked in the rear-facing or forward-facing position. You can confirm this by checking the Seat Lock Indicator on either side of the car seat - it will be green when in the locked position. Only the caregiver should rotate the car seat by squeezing the rotation handle on either side of the car seat. (Older children seated near the car seat should be instructed not to make any adjustments to the car seat).
