"What is the point of this base? If I want to use the carrier to take my baby to the store I have to hope my wife is home so I can go into her car with the stroller, remove the carrier from the wheels there, then put the carrier in my car? Why can’t I also have a base where I can put the entire stroller in and remove just the carrier. This is so stupid. Sell me the standard base!"

"If you have 2 vehicles or even just need a spare base for the grandparents. The best feature of this base is that you can use it with the wheels attached to the car seat or not attached. However, you cannot leave the wheels in this base."

"BUYER BEWARE! Buy from Amazon or target, a company with reasonable return policies. This device functions as the company intended. However, the description is purposely misleading. It does not clearly explain that this base does not allow you to leave the wheels behind as the original base does. The language very purposely skirts that truth. I will say that customer service was polite and direct. However, you will be responsible for paying full shipping back to them if you receive this without understanding this nuance. As a first time parent, one shouldn’t have to worry about understanding the nuance function of fine tuned equipment to be able to trust that you won’t be taken advantage of by cleverly misdirected language."
"Initially had written bad review but after calling customer support was able to resolve the issue of the seat not fitting in the base without modifying the base or needing extra parts etc. The representative was willing to do a zoom call with me to resolve the issue. I am now pleased with my product. Suggest reaching out before getting too frustrated."

"Please offer the original base as an option for purchase. We bought this car seat specifically for the feature of being able to separate the wheels from the carrier, but this base doesn’t allow that. We need additional bases for mother, father, and grandparents to carry our baby, and everyone needs to have the ability to separate the two. Clearly, everyone wants the original base, and you are not listening to your customers. It’s already a product that exists as part of the overall carrier package, so just let us buy it! If I had known this didn’t work as it should, I would have bought a different product from the start."

"This is a scam, this product is not the same that comes with your original dual ride shift stroller. It’s missing two prongs that the original has, that allow it let your separate the seat from the wheels. How are y’all selling this base, when it does NOT work with the equipment you’re advertising it for???? For the price I paid, I’d expect it to function!!! Include photos of the differences in the two bases, and the metal prongs that are missing from this base that the base that comes with the stroller has."
