"We absolutely love this car seat and so does our son! We decided to upgrade from the shyft dual ride to the 360 slim because our baby was getting really heavy to lift in and out of our truck. It has been a great transition! It's easy to rotate and move up and down on the go, unlike other brands like Nuna you have to preset the position before installation. The fabric quality is great and our son is very comfortable! We also love that it's slim but still has two cup holders!"

"I had the hardest time installing this seat. I hope and pray that I never have to do it again or remove it from my vehicle. I love the carseat, but this was my first and hopefully last time having to install it. I struggled for a total of probably 3 hours getting everything securely adjusted."

Very Disappointed

"Had this car seat for about 2 years and honestly started having issues after about a year. It rattles, became kinda tight space wise for my 3 year old, and she kept getting sweaty even with an air vent pointed right on her. I took it apart the other day to give it a deep clean and there’s mold on the inner pad and the styrofoam has separated from the headrest. We were not aggressive with this seat and it’s never been wet so the mold is incredibly concerning. I’m so upset my baby sat in this seat for as long as she did without me noticing these factors. I immediately threw it out and ordered another brand. We had 2 of these and spent good money on them. Will not purchase another Evenflo."

Base barely locks

"I’ve had this seat for at least a year now. Anytime I have to take it out to clean it the base barely locks closed. I’ve reached out & did everything they’ve recommended, but it still takes all of my body weight to get it to lock & even that takes awhile to get it to actually lock."

"My 8 lb baby is absolutely smushed in this thing. No idea how it’s going to work as she gets bigger. It forces their back into a weird position and their head way too far forward no matter how much you try to adjust it. Of course I can’t return it either"

Cleaning issues

"I’ve had this car seat for over a year now and I absolutely loved the functionality of it. However, there has been several times where my child has gotten bodily fluid on the car seat in places like the harness and buckles which are almost impossible to clean with just wiping with soap and water as the Manual instructs. No where on their manual does it state that if the harness is removed that the car seat becomes unsafe to use, nor does it explain how to remove and clean messes like this. I have not had a problem removing harnesses in other car seats that I have owned. So I didn’t assume the same of this car seat until I tried to and the lower harness anchor plates easily fell into the car seat shell when trying to remove the harness — and I could not retrieve the plates within the shell, making the car seat unusable. When trying to talk to customer service I had to go through multiple people. At first they tried to tell me that once the harness is removed the car seat becomes unsafe even though it does not state this on their manual & offered me 50% off a new car seat. They did not want to provide me their corporate number and the supervisor was not answering their phone. When trying to talk to the same representative again, she told me she spoke to her supervisor and they offered me a car seat free of charge but I had to pay a $75 shipping fee even though shipping fee through evenflo for standard shipping is not that much. They finally provided me their corporate number after telling me they couldn’t, and when I got connected to someone it was another parent link representative. This for me has now become more than just a cleaning issue but also a problem regarding unclear safety guidance, usability, and instructions. Anyone who has a child knows that these kinds of messes are unpredictable and a pain in the butt to properly clean off. And I do not believe, especially with this product that they designed this with not just children in mind but parents. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and have not been able to easily reach the right people regarding this concern. Nor do I believe that it was properly handled by their team."

While the Revolve360 does detach from its base for installation purposes, it is a convertible seat that is designed to remain stationary in the vehicle. Because of this, we do not have additional bases for the seat available.

What weight is it appropriate to use the head & body pillow for?
The head and body pillow can be used throughout the rear facing position, however it must be removed once the seat is being in the forward facing position.

No, the Revolve 360 Slim car seat is designed to stay installed in the vehicle, it does not attach to any strollers. The only seats that would attach to strollers is the infant car seats.

Because of the thousands of vehicle seats, belting types and safety seat combinations possible, there is no listing available to match a car seat with the type of vehicle in which it will best fit, however the dimensions of the seat is 21D x 24.3 H x 16.75 W inches and when rear facing fully recline the depth of the seat is 30.3".
